Hebei Shida Seal Group Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise specially engaged in manufacturing sealing strips of automobiles, steamships, engineering as well as wood doors and windows. The Co***ny was originally established in 1983 with the name of Qinghe Sealing Articles Plant. In 2000, it was expanded and renamed of Hebei Shida Seal Group Co., Ltd. In order to adapt to the market challenges, and strengthen the enterprise¡¯s power and competitiveness, the Group Corporation was officially set up in December, 2003, with the core of Hebei Shida Seal Group Co., Ltd., and three subsidiaries of Qinghe Chengda Wire Rope Co., Ltd, Hebei Shida Group Fuyao Auto Parts Co., Ltd, and Qinghe Jinda Chemical Material Co., Ltd. At present, the products include rubber, plastic Sealing Articles, sealing rings or gaskets, engineering-oriented rubber products, and rubber tubes; air cleaners, oil cleaners, and gasoline filters; controller cables for automobiles, motorcycles, and machinery; chemical raw materials as well as cashmere and cashmere products.
The registered capital of Group Corporation is 20 million Yuan, with a total asset of 120 million Yuan; it covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with building areas of 22,000 square meters; at present, there are 320 employees, among which are 12 senior engineers, 18 engineers and 60 engineering technical personnel; the Co***ny has 3 pressure kneading machines and open mills, 1 auto-milling flow line, 2 four-compound extruding flow production lines, 2 single extruding flow production lines, 1 TPV production line, 40 vulcanizing presses, 20 large rubberizing machines and 5 injection molding machines. The annual production of sealing strips is 13 million meters with 500,000 Sealing Articless, and its annual production value can reach 90 million Yuan; in addition, it designs products with 3D software such as UG, CATIA etc, and make trial assembly with computers.
